About InvoiceMaker

InvoiceMaker is a free online tool for freelancers, small businesses and shop owners who need a clean tax invoice quickly. It supports GST, VAT and withholding tax (WHT), so you can see both the total you charge and the net amount you will actually receive.

We built it because many invoice tools hide the tax fields behind a paid plan or ignore local rules such as withholding tax. Here, everything is free, there is no signup, and your data never leaves your browser.

Our approach

The tool does simple, transparent maths: subtotal, discount, tax, total, WHT and net payable. The country presets only fill common default rates. Tax rules change and differ by sector, so always confirm the correct rates with your accountant or tax authority.
